To encourage managers & leaders to sign up for a free trial additional data capture was omitted until the later onboarding stage. The minimum requirements were kept to one screen with animation between the different steps. Field labels guide user input and error handling and password criteria were integrated inline to the process.

The product includes a CMS for managers / HR admin to add and manage people and teams. This employes and clean visual styling, with reveal more actions on hover-over actions and multi-select functionality.

Clear pagination and a fixed table header row improve table use, being housed within a card to clearly differentiate from the navigation elements above.

There are options for people with a company I.D log in. A multi-tenant log in option was created for those with more than one job that offered Perk Box.
