The research indicated that users didn't set up a Payment plan because they felt unable to grasp the core concepts of what it was and how it could actually help them. It was concluded that a dynamic visualisation tool that - based on the users actual inputted card info ( interest rate, balance, repayment dates etc) - would help them to see the benefits of Payment Plan with specific context and in real time.
